Comments? Please... lets start a discussion. I would be more than happy to answer your questions, comments or concerns!

Scripture Thought (What I Learned):

Chapter 1: Pahoran the second becomes the chief judge of the land, but shortly after is murdered by Kiskumen. A fight between three sons pursues over the judgment seat; Pahoran, Paanchi and Pacumeni. Pacumeni ends up filling the judgment seat. Corinatumr leads an army to take Zarahemla, Corinatumr slays Pacumeni and Moonihah defeats the Lamanites to retake the land of Zarahemla.

Chapter 2: Helaman the second becomes the chief judge. Gadianton and his robbers lead the band of Kiskumen, Helemans servant ends up slaying Kiskumen, and the Gadianton band flees to the wilderness.

Chapter 3: Many of the Nehpites continue to migrate northward, they build houses of cement and keep many records. Tens of thousands are converted and baptized. The word of God spreads throughout the land and leads men to salvation. Nephi, the son of Helaman becomes the new chief judge. The Nephite people start to lift up their hearts in pride... "...pride which began to enter into the church- not into the church of God, but into the hearts of the people who professed to belong to the church of God." (Helaman 3:33)

Chapter 4: Nephite dissenters and the Lamanites join forces and take again, the land of Zarahemla. The Nephites are defeated becasuse of their wickedness. The church starts to dwindle and the people become weak like the Lamanites.
